1. Production Lead Time?
The lead time for new products in the first batch is between 15-20 working days, while the lead time for new products in the second batch is between 10-15 working days.
2. Client Responsibility?
While we are able to provide assistance with creating labels, the actual design of artwork and printing of packaging is handled by an external supplier chosen by you. We do offer a list of recommended suppliers in our information package whom we trust to provide quality service.
3. Raw Materials?
We obtain our materials from reliable and cGMP-certified suppliers who are capable of providing relevant documentation such as Halaal, Kosher, Vegan, and GMO certifications.
4. Delivery?
We operate on a collection system, which requires full payment prior to the collection of the goods.
5. Sample Provision?
We offer samples, but they can only be provided once the preliminary costings have been approved.
6. Payment Terms and Conditions?
After submitting the sales order, a 50% payment is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due prior to collection. Credit applications may be considered after the first three orders.
